For some reason, Google Voice is only ringing twice on my devices. Is this a device and/or service issue? Apparently I’m not the only one having this problem:
“Someday the iPhone will be seen for what it is and is not. It is not a phone. It is a Swiss Army Knife of ultra portable computing. Sure the phone on the iPhone doesn’t work, but who uses the phone these days? But don’t worry voice will be new again, seen as an innovation. Look forward to the day when you’ll text someone: I’m at a Starbucks, let’s switch to voice.”
“IPhones hold their trade-in value better than most aging electronics. NextWorth pays an average of $200 for a 16 GB iPhone 3GS in good condition.”
“‘Broken iPhones are one of the few products that still hold value because the parts are so valuable,’ Kennedy said. Gazelle pays about $50 for a dead one.”
“Steve Glinberg, developer of educational apps like KidCalc Math Fun, runs a recycling program for iPhones and iPod Touches. Glinberg wipes the data, restores the factory settings, installs educational apps and ships the devices to teachers who have requested them.”
A whopping 8.0 megabytes was used today: facebooking, email (no attachments), Twitter, and Google Maps.
